A crying baby can make any parent feel desperate, especially first time parents. It can be frustrating when you are willing to do anything for her but only if you could figure out what is that she wants(I remember myself saying to my newborn in desperation ‘aleen, ill do whatver you want in a second but please help me understand, what do you need’). Those nerve wrecking screams can drive you crazy. But if you continue to be in that state, it will get messier on exponential rate. It’s recommended to have your bags (one for you, one for baby) packed by 34th week. Well all you really need is yourself at hospital on time. And last thing you want is additional chaos of gathering things when you are rushing to hospital in labor. To avoid that, I had ours bags prepared and in car before 34th week. Also, there was already to much uncertainty about ,when and where so I managed my anxiety by focusing on what I could make certain and that were only the bags.
